i had reserved 2 rooms for my parents and uncle. I entered credit card # and all. would have thought all was taken care of. They asked for CC from my parents and Uncle upon them checking in. I was disappointed in that. I could understand for incidentals. but not to pay for the room.

Possibly the best and quite comfortable stay for a wedding. Magnificent, good location just next door to great shopping areas as well as outlets and entertainment, accommodating staff. Also, next to a shopping outlet.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The spacious room actually surprised us, with a cozy atmosphere for our family. We particularly enjoyed the delicious cookies in the lobby! The pool area could be better managed, as there weren't enough towels available. A bit more attention to cleanliness would enhance the experience.

This place really surprised me! The bar had live music, and the room had comfy beds and nice amenities. Loved the spaciousness! Enjoyed my time visiting nearby attractions and found a casino just a stroll away. Plus, the shuttle service was a big help getting around town.

Had a fantastic experience with spacious rooms, loved the complimentary coffee near the elevators, and the breakfast was delicious. I’d definitely come back here again!

The live music at the bar made the evenings enjoyable. The shower had very low water pressure. Great access to nearby golf courses, too.

Comfortable hotel, spacious room, and friendly staff make it a decent option for a weekend getaway with easy access to major attractions and free parking.

The room showed signs of neglect. Peeling paint and cracked plaster were evident. I faced issues with poor internet connectivity and malfunctioning bathroom fixtures, including a shower that had mold, which isn't exactly an inviting sight. I found the breakfast buffet overpriced and lacking variety-definitely not worth the $14.95. There were also some maintenance issues like faulty door locks that led to a frustrating trip back to the front desk multiple times.

Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, friendly service, and a 24-hour reception. The staff provided valuable local info during my first stay. Highly recommend visiting the bar/lounge area. I'm coming back for Easter!
